An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

His exceptional knowledge in this space was comforting as anyone with foundation issues can likely attest that there is a heightened level of stress with this type of issue in your home. Within days, the project manager Jason (PM) was in touch and on time dealing with the issues and my various options; It was determined that an interior crack injection was the proper fix barring some other work I needed to complete to solve the water issues – the team was able to help me find a low cost solution and help me understand why water is getting in and other things I can do around the home to combat this issue to avoid issues into the future. The worker who came to do the work was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional – completed the work correctly and I am water free! The entire experience of working with OFC was pleasurable, concise, and informative. Needless to say within days my problem had resolution and OFC relieved my stress immediately. I thank OFC for their hardwork and determination to take care of their customers… immediately.
