I shopped around for a new front door and I wasn’t having any luck . My friend recommended that I try Dan’s Discount. What a great place! So much better then the Big Bix stores. You get helped right away from someone that knows what they’re talking about. I was surprised by how much cheaper it was too! All my nieghbour complimented me on how nice it looks.... thanks DAN’S
These guys are the best ! I used another company to install a rubber floor and the put it on too thin. After numerous failed attempts to get thrm backback to fix it, I gave up on them. Thats when I found other company Full Circle Contracting. They really cared about what they do , they didn't ask for a huge deposit ( like the first contractor ). It's been almost year and it still looks perfect ! ! I wish I found these guys first.....it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
good product and GREAT workmanship !!! I'm so glad that I picked this company to install my windows. The finnished job looks so good. I was going to buy my windows from a Big Box store and install them myself . The price was the same !! and it would have taken me days to install them. I'm pretty handy but there us No way I would have done such a nice job. There was no mess to clean up . They guys were professional . I'm so glad I called Pavel at Ontario Windows and Doors Pro. !!

Duraroc FAILS TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY ! A year after the floor was installed it started to crack. I contacted Duraroc. Eventually , after numerous calls and missed promised dates they came and repaired the floor. 2 years later ( still under warranty ) it cracked again. They agreed to come out and fix it again, under warranty. After numerous promised dates over a 1 yr period they never showed up !! On some occasions they didn't even called to say they weren't coming, Even though I took time off work to be there for the repair crew. as a response to Duraroc's last statement. That the issue was the substrate and not their workmanship or product...Well that's interesting since they never actually came back to see the floor ! Not sure how you can diagnose the issue without seeing it?. After not getting any results with Duraroc. I decided to hire another contractor to redo the floor. The new contractor diagnosed the problem, it was put on too thin. it's been almost a year and NO ISSUES at all. Don't make the same mistake I did and pay twice !
WE HAVE NEVER FAILED TO HONOUR OUR WARRANTY NOR PLAN ON IT. DURAROC Rubber Surfacing Inc., DOES NOT Warranty "cracking, shifting or lifting of the substrate over which the surfacing product has been installed". In your case, your concrete shifted/cracked causing our product to move which you admitted did indeed occur.
We repaired it at NO CHARGE the first time it cracked!!!!.
Last year, we returned your call several times but you failed to contact us to approve the repair cost, so we did not proceed.. To-date we have not received a phone call from you!
