Rupert was kind and thorough from the minutes I called him. He took the time to explain the service, and review the price ahead of time so there were no surprises. He texted me the day before to confirm the appointment, and even showed up early. He was respectful of personal property, and took pictures to prove his work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend 12 point again.

Jeff met me in the morning before the workday to see what was required and provide an estimate. He showed up on time and explained exactly what was needed. He was courteous, thorough, and competitively priced. We booked the job a week later, and he did exactly what was quoted. I'd highly recommended Jeff, and wouldn't hesitate to use his company again in the future.

Dimitar did fantastic work. He came on time, on the weekend, and not only did what he was supposed to do, but he went above and beyond to change something that hadn't been done properly the first time. He was courteous, and explained things very clearly. Would definitely recommend to other.
