A hose in my air conditioner leaked. my basement carpet became soaked The repairman cancelled several times which made the leak worse but a complaint to the Company resulted in the Owner himself, Mr. Joseph Ahmad, coming to our home, inspecting the damage and deciding to offer us some compensation . We are ultimately very happy with the Customer Service we received from Mr. Ahmad.

I had this company provide a Quartz countertop for my kitchen. The company who did my cabinets recommended them to me. The consultation went well and they installed the countertop I chose. After about 8 months the seam where the 2 pieces were joined started to open up. I sent emails, left phone messages , and sent the pictures they requested and after 6 weeks they came and repaired the crack. After 8 weeks the repair failed. Once again I started the round of phone messages , emails and pictures . After 6 weeks the BOSS called me to say that I am calling about a tiny hairline crack . "They already fixed it and they will not come out to fix it again This is the opposite if their service pledge on their website. I regret doing business with this Company. They do not stand behind their work and their Customer Service is non existent !
