I have had nothing but problems with my Jastek townhouse. Everyone else that I have spoken to in my complex and other similar complexes have advised me of the same. Please do yourself a favour and ask consult an INDEPENDENT real estate agent before purchasing a Jastek home. They will confirm Jastek's poor reputation in Saskatchewan and the sad quality of their builds. I wish that I would have done the same before I bought mine. Also, do some looking around on the internet and read reviews. Word is finally starting to get out. Hopefully this will cause Jastek to either change it's awful business practices or go out of business.
