Contacted Doug last July to install new windows and some siding . what I didn't know was the the salesman and installer was the same person . 2 front bedroom windows were 2 inches smaller both ways ....... Installed them anyways . Trim around bathroom window was wood that turned black , should of used plastic or something else like I asked . Asked that no screen doors be put on ..... The back door is built for one . Didn't hook up the door bell . Asked that both doors be keyed the same . they were not so asked him to changed it . Entered the rental house when I told him to wait and then charged me 28.00 to key the lock . Put green wood screws to hold up my garage lights . Kinda wondering why their has been no company feed back after 3 weeks . As of August 7 ..... They always have something to say as to why it's not their fault . But they did try to have my posting deleted . update #2 blah blah blah . still no response from company , gave them my number 4 times and of course no call from them. as I live 3 hours away Doug took the measurements himself and installed the windows himself all the while being employed by Sunrise . I have had no personal problems with Sunrise but Doug did work for them . I gave him a 2 thousand dollar deposit which he said he would send a contract which never came and I never saw the contract until the job was done and he demanded money , which by the way was in his name, and the invoice is marked as paid in full .Sunrise can say all they want but they believe him over a customer and not once did they try to contact me . Doug did do some siding for me but again the invoice was marked paid in full and the work was sub par . as it turns out after some checking Doug was fired by numerous companies in the last few years . so for all you consumers out there , please be aware of this salesman/ installer and Sunrise.

Not A SUNRISE WINDOWS REVIEW:Apparently this person pre-pays in cash for windows supplied and installed with NO contract or receipt of his purchase?
Sunrise Windows has nothing to do with this client or his installer and salesman and Sunrise Windows has never received any monies or payment from him and therefor we are not responsible for any of his issues and nor are we privy to his dealings with Doug who he refers too.
With no proof of purchase and all issues are related to installations all services are declined.

Called for an appointment .they came in two weeks ......and nothing . Said many times they would get back to me ...... Waited , waited , called , said they would call , come out . A total waist of time .
