We chose Picture Perfect Flooring to install hardwood in our home this summer. It was a good decision. From the beginning Pavel was honest and forthright about the requirements of the job. Upstairs would be a simple install. Downstairs required the ripping up of two layers of glued-down vinyl planking, sanding the glue then installing the hardwood. Pavel willingly discussed the options for handling the job, and of note, he was the only one of three hardwood installers to comment unprompted on the raised lines running underneath the vinyl. He assured us it was not a major problem and he was correct. He was forthright about our first choice of wood and explained that it would be a difficult install because it was poorly milled. He showed me what to look for, and we ended up with a wood that everybody was happy with. Pavel accommodated our need to do the job in two stages, and was quickly responsive to questions and concerns. His crew was pleasant, polite, professional and very hard-working. They ran late a couple of times, but I always got a phone call to let me know. Thank you for a job well done to Dave, Pavel, Andrew, et al.
