I purchased some new trees and bushes when I was re-doing my landscaping. I got some great end-of-season deals and was pleased with the advice the employees were able to offer. The store is also beautiful at Christmas. A great place to pick up some gifts.
I purchased a couch and love seat from Crate & Barrel about 2 years ago. The fabric began to develop strange markings over the entirety of the couch. I called C&B and they were extremely helpful and offered to replace the couch at no cost. I was able to choose a new fabric with their assistance in store and they delivered the couch and removed the old one. One word of warning, the custom products take quite a long time to deliver.
Easy and inexpensive. They have some comparable offerings to HunterDouglas styles. Getting served however, is a challenge during busy times. Try to avoid going on weekends. Turnaround time was quick and overall I was satisfied with the result.
Very helpful staff. Always willing to give you extensive information regarding the benefits of their product selection. They also test your water for free which is a much more accurate way of understanding what chemicals your pool requires. All repairs have been completely quickly.
It is a delight shopping at West Elm. I could easily move into the store. Their prices are extremely reasonable given the design and quality of their products. I love buying pillows and throws for my couch and other accessories for my home. I highly recommend as a great place for gifts as well. Anyone would be happy to have some West Elm luxury in their home. Check out the sale section too, I always seem to find a great deal on some out-of-season items.
Ciot carries a great variety of simple tile designs. While they carry many beautiful types of tile, there isn't a great variety of atypical or out-of-the box designs. However, they do have multiple size of each variety that makes this a great store for any custom project. You do often have to ask for help, so customer service could be improved.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Prices were fair. Delivery was prompt. I was renovating my bathroom and returned to taps based on great repeated experience. Fabulous, well laid-out selection too that makes it very easy to view their entire product selection.
