Very well organized, crews arrived on time with advance notice emails prior to next days scheduled work. Susy was instrumental in detailing each step of every process and responded to any questions during the excavation and installation of our concrete. Never did meet or hear from site supervisor they we were told was our go to person...We have had some hairline cracking since completion, which was disappointing to say the least, however Luca from service has been keeping in touch so far and the repairs are almost invisible.

We have three bedrooms with original builders carpet that desperately needed replacing. Contacted Victorious based on their Home Stars rating, Mark called me immediately and setup an appointment. Mark was very thorough in explaining all the variables and clearly knows what he is talking about. He is also very accommodating, we changed our minds on colour and style twice and we had to reschedule several times, Mark was very patient and never pressured us. The installation guys were prompt, courteous and very professional, and the rooms look sensational . Won’t hesitate to recommend the good people at Victorious Flooring, thank you Mark and your team.

We just had all our windows replaced and needed to get them cleaned before the new window treatments were installed. I contacted Ashley and his team, had a quote that afternoon and when I explained the situation they managed to squeeze us in for a morning appt just before Hunter Douglas arrived to install our coverings. Windows were spotless inside and out, even the Hunter Douglas rep commented he'd never seen windows that clean. My hats off to you Ashley and Dan, prompt (said they would be on site 08:30 arrived exactly at 08:29) personable, professional, we will definitely be calling again and highly recommend!

We were referred to Storybook by The Garden Girls, (excellent service from both companies). Storybook kept in touch with constant text updates, we left for work in the morning and returned to a Mulberry tree free world, no mess no fuss. Removed an old dead bush, pruned our cedar hedge and gave us tips on how to maintain. I highly recommend you call Storybook for all your tree requirements.

I can't say enough good things about Darla and The Garden Girls, came home after they had spent a day cleaning out our gardens, pruning, weeding and trimming, my wife and I thought we had pulled into the wrong driveway. On top of that Darla managed to squeeze us in during their busiest time of the season, very much appreciated. THANK YOU DARLA AND THE GARDEN GIRLS!! If only every business was this great to deal with.

Several years ago we had DODDS out to repair a broken spring, they responded same day, and were in and out in no time. So when it came time to replace both our garage doors and install new LiftMaster door openers, it was a no brainer who to call first. Michael walked us through every detail and didn't hesitate to give us his direct number should we have any questions. Angie was equally terrific with scheduling and updates, and the installer Sal, did such an amazing job from removal, installation and cleanup. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, which can't be said for most. Do DODDS Do DODDS....

After hearing late night scratching in the ceiling of our spare room, we set out to find a company that could find out what it was, and remove it. AAA Gates offered a full inspection and OPTION to remove or get further quotes, all the other companies charged just to show up. Chris and his assistant showed up exactly when they said they would, inspected the roof, attic and perimeter of our house. Chris gave us an honest summary of what they found (signature signs of mouse burrowing in the attic insulation) gave us some suggestions and no high pressure sales pitches, really appreciated that. Won't hesitate to call them again.
