What I needed was a simple new gas line for a new gas range. What I got was not only a very professional installation of the gas line but also all the information that I requested related to the installation. This was presented in a clear and concise manner that allowed me a much better understanding of our new appliance (we had been using an electric stove before this). I would highly recommend Nick from Interior Climate Solutions and intend to use him and his company for a future Tankless hot water system.

Needed a replacement range / oven when our 3 yr old Whirlpool unit had a failure of the control board. Too expensive to repair so we went shopping. CAS had the exact replacement we were hoping to get (after significant online reviews and recommendations including Consumer Reports). To our surprise and delight it was not only on sale but had an additional discount due to some minor cosmetic damage. Made the purchase and very happy with the decision.

Our furnace developed an unknown problem with it shutting down intermittently for no obvious reason. Called Convertible H&AC who quickly diagnosed the problem as a blocked vent (turns out to have been Birds making a nest in our Chimney). Installed a new Chimney liner, and animal proofed the opening at the top. Great, fast, and efficient service. Thank you so much - much appreciated.

I own a house that I rent out to students during the year. It seemed that during the holiday season, when the house was empty, mice started coming in for food that was left. Petty Pest Control came, laid out bait and got rid of the mice quickly. They were confident, professional and efficient. They completely took care of the problem. The only thing is their prices are on the high end. Other than that they’re great. Would highly recommend.

I had a water leak in a 1st story bedroom which had a 2nd story above it but also had its own roof (about a meter wide the full length of the home). Called many roofing companies for quotes - virtually all wanted to do the whole roof and many claimed I needed to replace all of the underlying plywood (without even checking). John from Home Matters efficiently diagnosed the problem (shingles damaged by Racoons) did the repair noting that the underlying wood was sound, as well as fixing some other minor issues. Great company - great guy and I would hire them again to replace the entire roof when necessary

I am a DIY kind of guy and will try almost anything. Washing machine issue w the timer. Without a repair manual (impossible to find online) I quickly ran into trouble. Cascade (Steve) not only helped but gave tips for any future repairs I might do myself. Great service and I would not hesitate to call them again.
