Great product, efficient installation, had two minor problems and follow up service has been courteous and quick! We love our new insert, easy to maintain and clean! The initial salesman was great to deal with, no pressure whatsoever!

This is the 2nd time I have had a problem with window which, this time, will cost me to repair (why). We initiated calling in October which was their "busy" season and on Dec. 3rd, they are still busy and we are not a high priority and may be serviced in 1-2 weeks. This company has not once returned or initiated a phone call in response to our numerous calls for updates and assistance. We are tempted to call the company that installed the remaining 90% of our windows to resolve the problem, rather pay a company with good service than one that couldn't care less about their customers.

Show that they care about their customers by returning a phone call and not making up constant escuses when we call.

We had a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed by Park Aire Systems. Everything went very smoothly, very efficient, friendly, informative service was provided. We are extremely satisfied with our product!

Our salesman Ken was extremely informative and not pushy at all. One of the best we have dealt with. The installers were both efficient and exceptionally tidy! Our overall Brock experience has been absolutely positive!
