since we moved here 2 years ago we have had sewer blockage problems. An old tree with big roots! It is a city tree and the city refuses to correct the problem. We had John H. from Mr Rooter come out and cleared up the problem. He worked very efficiently, was very courteous and clean. He made us feel comfortable that it was not caused by us but by the city tree. That was very much appreciated as our stress level had reached new heights.
