After three other attempts with various fireplace repair companies, we called North Fireplaces - Luke was prompt, professional and best of all - he knew exactly what to do and was able to have the fireplace up and running in a few hours. We won't be going to anyone else ever again!!

Rob was extremely prompt in responding to our needs late on a Saturday afternoon. Our furnace was out and we had no heat.
