After calling a few other contractors to quote on my basement repairs I knew right away that Rene was the right person for the job. I had a few areas that needed repairs.... First my entire basement wall needed to be reframed, insulated, dry walled and my ceiling had serious damage from a few different water leaks over the years. Rene showed up on time every day and was a pleasure to have working in my home. Once completed, it was obvious to me that my new basement wall is now the nicest and straightest wall in my entire house!! The second repair that Rene did was my ceiling water damage... I was told by a few other contractors that the whole ceiling would have to be replaced and that "it would never look right". WRONG!! Rene's associate came by and in a few hours literally transformed my ENTIRE ceiling, even other none water related defects from something that should have been in the garbage bin to the nicest ceiling in my house!! I was completely STUNNED!!! Usually when you have a contractor or someone working on your home you just can't wait for the job to be done and for them to get out as fast as possible... All I can say is that with Rene it was the opposite! He is such I nice person I was actually sad to see him go. From now on Rene is my "Go TO" person for EVERTHING repair related in my home period! I almost forgot... As if it wasn't enough his prices are extremely fair! Thanks again Rene you did a fantastic job!

I've had a wet leaky basement for about 10 years now and because I thought it was going to be so expensive and such a mess to repair I've just lived with it for all those years. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I finally decided enough is enough! After reading some positive reviews on this as well as another site I decided to give MMT a try. I called and the next day I met up with Mario (super nice guy) and he explained what was involved and quoted the job. I immediately felt comfortable enough with him to book the job and am I ever glad I did. Mario and the crew showed up on time and did the repair both professionally and as per my wife extremely cleanly. What a good experience!! I waited a few months before writing this review just to make sure that in fact the leak was gone and boy is it ever!! If only dealing with all the trades was this easy.... I would'nt hesitate to recommend Mario and the guys at MMT any day of the week. I only wish I would have called 10 years sooner!!! All I can think about is all the money I wasted on dehumidifiers, wetvacs and the electricity to run them and all the damage I let happen be not correcting the problem sooner. You live and learn!!!
