The worst experience ever!!!!!! We bought a groupon and Scheduled our appointment 2 months in advance, And I am going to keep it short it took them 5 extra hours and 4 phone calls to come to our house, and even though we were told on the phone there aren't going to be any additional costs, they quoted us an extra 200 and some bucks and would not want to do the work that was promised unless we pay the extra money. Wasted a lot of time for nothing and have to try to get my money back from groupon.

Thank you for your feedback Roman. We actually do not charge any fees that adds up to 200.00. Unless your house has additional vents and the cost adds up. Have a good day.
