Between Kay, the dispatcher and Ross, the inspector it was easy and efficient to coordinate an inspection of my basement. Ross is very knowledgeable with respect to home inspection. He was able to determine that while there are some water management issues, there is no mould. I was quite relieved to hear this finding.
