In Nov 2020, I contacted Jeff to fix my chimney and to buy from him and have him install a lock top damper. The quote was for $900 for the chimney brick repair and $375 for lock top to be done same day. He did the 1st job on Nov 6, but not the 2nd job. He asked for $1100 but I told him that he quoted $900 for the repair. He said ok and will return the next day to install the damper. I gave the $1100 thinking that he would honor his promise. He never returned after perhaps hundreds of follow-ups, calls and broken promises to show up. It's been more than 6 months and I'm still waiting. Worst company I've encountered so far. Go somewhere else.

Excellent communication from Gary and Team, very professional, price was reasonable and with great after-sales support as well. I would say it was worth the wait to get the job done even in this winter-like spring! Thanks for a job well done!
