DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! If you're reading this take my word and everyone else's, these people are unprofessional and should not be in business. Rented a bin from them I was told drop off and pick up would cost $165 and $115 for a ton. What was disposed in the bin was maximum 2 tons, should have been charged approximately $400, instead I was charged $700. I called numerous times and asked for an invoice and the scale ticket, which of course they have never sent me as promised. A word of advice, RUN use another reputable company.

Extremely impressed by STS Tree Services. Very well organized and professional company that we had the pleasure of hiring for the removal of a very large Maple tree and the pruning of a Copper beech tree. Jack, Virginia, Joshua and crew did an outstanding job, they worked hard and did an excellent job cleaning up. We would definitely recommend STS to everyone and will use their services again. Thank you STS!

We can’t express how grateful we are to have hired Steve for our project. Not knowing much about the latest technology in audio/ video, automation and security. Steve took the time to explain the various systems that are available and how they all worked. He patiently listened and worked with us on what we liked and from there he customized a system that worked well for us. Steve and the Canadian Sound team provided us with the highest quality of service. They are very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

The scope of our project was to add a cold cellar, re-do our verandah and steps. The designer who completed our drawings referred us to his contractor with the reassurance he would be overlooking the projects to ensure they were performed and completed properly and professionally. Unfortunately this turned out to be the worst experience/ nightmare we have ever encountered. Unqualified workers; extremely disappointed with the service and performance; damages to the property; the contractor was very unprofessional and dishonest; we paid more than what was completed; a project that should have been completed within 2 weeks dragged for over 8 weeks and still was nowhere near completion; as for the designer, we’ll never require his services again. Now in the 2nd week of November; we were pressed for time and needed to find someone to complete the project before the cold/ snow started. We were also concerned another Company would not want to finish someone else’s work. - I read about Elite on Homestars and was quite impressed with all the reviews, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Raffy and briefly explained our situation; within the hour he came to see the work and told us he had no problem taking over the project. Raffy was very understanding and supportive, he reassured us the work would be completed and not to worry about the cold/ snow as they are well equipped for all weather related conditions. From the first moment the crew arrived, we knew we were in good hands. All the workers were very experienced and skilled; they knew exactly what needed to be done and did it properly and professionally. Everyone was very polite and it was great to see them take great pride in their work. The end result is OUTSTANDING; Elite truly exceeded our expectations, and we’re extremely happy and grateful to the entire Elite team. It’s very flattering to have so many people compliment the work that you have completed, and it’s with great pleasure that we ensure everyone knows all credits go to “Elite Designed Concrete”. We definitely look forward to working with you again for all our Concrete and Landscaping work (and anything else you do). We originally hired a Contractor to add a cold room and re-do our porch, may I add the experience was horrendous to say the least. One of our main concerns was the waterproofing be performed properly and professionally. Unfortunately the waterproofing this other company performed was very "sloppy and unprofessional”. After witnessing their so called waterproofing we decided to call ‘Roman’ who we had the pleasure of meeting earlier this summer when he installed our backwater valve. – Roman and his team removed what was previously done by the other Company, they protected the walls with hydraulic cement, blue skin membrane and ran the weeping tile pipe by the footings and connected them to the existing weeping tile. They put gravel on top of the weeping tile, back-fill and placed stone on top. They removed all excess debris (including debris that should have been removed from the other company). They completed the work punctually, thoroughly and professionally and left the site spotless – all work performed by Roman and his team exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
