Precision and accuracy are what they should be called, on time, cost friendly, and they were very helpful when opening a window in my home. They got everything prepared for the window and even told us how to install. Awesome service! Highly Recommended!

Mike did an amazing job, he is the perfect handyman and by far the best I've seen in creativity and is very careful not to use more material than needed. He also is great at paint and plumbing and is highly recommended. He is really really fair on costs. Try him out, I'm sure you'll be satisfied
Stan is a practicing handyman that can do more than tile work. He can work on any Reno and give really really fair pricing. His work is thoughtout and precise. Hardwood Refinishing or installing
Gave deposit at initial contact appraisal, when it came to project start date to refinish my hardwood floors they came one day and then skipped out. This company is registered and not punctual. They move from city to city and use different names. Vancouver Hardwood, Unique Custom Hardwood or All Wood Flooring so far. I just bit the bullet for 470 dollars as small count would cost me additional and it wouldn't guarantee my money back. DONT BE TRICKED BY THIS COMPANY ! And if you ever hire off of Kijiji make sure you see them first and pay for service once it's done.
Modern Pure Air is probably the most professional furnace and duct cleaning company I have ever experienced. The impeccable details in their work and efforts made were not forgotten from the second they left. I had the urge to tell all my friends and family the same day and the reason is their state of the art patented method of cleaning your ducts without causing a mess. Bruce the owner was even on-site with his helper. I researched the different companies out there and there are tons of portable vacuum companies which aren't recommended, these guys do the real suction job. The best part of all is they take their time and show you what they do and what they cleaned out of your home. Thanks guys I will definitely be calling you in a couple years. Your Awesome!!
