The staff was very helpful & recommended a carpet type based on our needs & came to do measurements at a time convenient to us. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the new carpet looks great on our 2nd floor.

The project was not completed & the workers left without a word. I ended up dealing with the manager instead who completed the job. The manager was honest with his recommendations relating to leafguards.
