I had aluminum downspouts that needed to be disconnected. I had one downspout draining into a broken clay pipe. The original contractor who had installed the downspout mentioned that the pipe was not in good condition, but they should have informed me that this was a problem that should have been corrected. Modeste Waterproofing arrived on time and completed the job within a few hours. They dug 4 feet to where the clay pip was intact and then connected with a clay to pvc coupler and provided a cleanout at the top. I added the extendable drains. It was more important to me to ensure there would be no more water migrating from the downspout to the broken clay pipe than having a matching alum downspout extension.
