5 years ago I got multilock keys and locks from this company in Ottawa. I have a card with the registration numbers for the keys and their contact information.5 years later they do not have my keys on record, they do not cut these keys, and the two sales receptionists I encountered on the phone went from mildly helpful to discourteous. When they were unable to find the number for my file, they couldn't provide any information about who in the locksmith community might cut these keys. Don't use this company!
