You made the whole experience very easy thanks to your professional, personable and accommodating nature and your respectful staff is a bonus to your business. You follow through on adjustments quickly and efficiently. In our case, you rebuilt our box springs to fit them into our two-storey old house at no extra charge. Clearly customer satisfaction with a quality product is your priority, and you encourage "tweaking" the comfort levels if need be even after the purchase has been made. This was a truly worthwhile investment and thank you again for delivering our "old" but still almost new mattress to a friend nearby.
