We had to arrange this move in Ottawa for our daughter, from our home in Whitby ON. Tony Nasrallah was very helpful, pleasant and reassuring when we contacted him to discuss the upcoming move. Tony and his team were on time, professional, organized, and efficient. Tony had a look around, gave us a quote, then got to work quickly. Everything was loaded in under two hours, then unloaded quickly at the new apartment. In both locations there was a long walk to the apartment from the elevator too! The job was completed in 4 hours, with a reasonable cost. No surprises or hidden extra charges. Not a single thing damaged or broken.

Cormac and the rest of the moving crew were wonderful. They showed up on time, and they were so hardworking and efficient, not to mention cheerful and polite. They took care with all of our belongings, carefully wrapping the furnishings. We were amazed at how quickly they had the trucks loaded up and ready to go to Whitby. The whole moving experience went so much better than anticipated. They had a great attitude, and didn't complain about taking furniture to the third floor bedroom in the new house. Maria, we appreciated you showing up on time to give us an estimate. We were also reassured when you responded promptly to our emails. It was very nice of you to come by that morning to see that all was well underway. We would definitely use Viktoria Movers again, and will not hesitate to recommend Viktoria to friends and family.
