I have been ripped off by plumbers and other businesses numerous times over the years, and it makes me so mad, but the folks at Perfection are different. I am very happy with their work every time they come and the gentleman who does the work is very good. I have used then many times before, and I will be sure to use them again. Just recently, I had them in my home to work on some plumbing issues I was having in my basement. I live in an older house and tree roots had burst a pipe and there was a small amount of water flooding my basement. It was a mess! Anyways, I had a couple guys from Perfection come assess the situation.. PIPE REPLACEMENT aka an arm and a leg in costs, BUT to be expected! They were right on it, and replaced my and fixed my basement plumbing in 24 hours. Like I said, no nonsense type of company - straight to the problem, efficient and cost effective!

Saskatoon FIre Protection is the go-to fire inspections of houses, condo's, apartments, commercial buildings, etc., in Saskatoon. There are 2 other companies in the city that do inspections but I don't trust them as much as I do, Saskatoon Fire Protection. For the last 6 years I have used them to inspect all my properties, including my personal residence - making sure my sprinklers are up to code and that my fire extinguishers are not dates. The ladies and gents that do the inspections for Saskatoon Fire Protection are top-notch and very personable. They like to have a good time but know when to get serious and talk to you about potential problems or hazards you may have in your home. They are great and I have recommended them to everyone I know!

Yearly inspections are mandatory for individuals who own properties with chimneys. I always call on Saskatoon Chimney Sweeps to do this for me. They evaluate and inspect the chimneys with great care and attention to detail, noting anything that might Be wrong or potentially GO wrong within the chimney. They never shy away from the truth because it could pose a threat to life later on if the issues aren't fixed right away. I rely on Saskatoon Chimney Sweeps for this very reason and they have never let me down. I am very, very pleased with them, and should you consider hiring them, you will be too.

One of my rental properties has had some bad issues with bats. Now, the difficult part about this is that the species of bat that is usually found to infest buildings in Saskatoon, is an endangered species and therefore, it is ILLEGAL to kill them. Orkin has provided great service to me and my properties that have had small infestations of these mice with wings. They are nearly impossible to get rid, but Orkin has always used humane and safe techniques to remove the bats and seal any areas that they may get in. Thanks Orkin! A++.

This was the first time i have ever used Dave's carpet cleaning services - I usually have a go to guy but he was away on vacation for a few weeks. I have to admit I was very happy with Dave's staff - they were prompt, efficient and worked extra hard on getting some really difficult stains out of the carpets. As some of you may know, rental properties with light carpet are the worst and Dave's cleaning service did a good job at getting the carpets ready for my new tenant.

I have used Burnett's Key shop for a very long time. In fact, I used them for almost any key related job. They are incredibly reliable and know their stuff. I own quite a few rental properties, commercial and residential, and I can always rely on the staff at Burnett's to accomplish what I am asking for, or point me in the right direction in terms of locks, keys and custom items! 10 out of 10!
