It was very pleasant to deal with Oleg. He took pictures and explained to me what’s needed for repair and what is optional but would be beneficial. He came on time, did the job, cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend him.

Nick did a wonderful job. Fixed all the blinds and made it work like new again. He also explained me how to avoid them from breaking again. I highly recommend him.

I own windows which I’ve had problems since day one. The company I bought them from were unable to fix all the windows. Replacing them would have cost me at least $50,000. I called Magnetite and spoke with Alfredo, he came by measured, gave me a good price and I ordered them. They are so amazing. They stop all the drafts and keep the noise out. I am so happy with both the product and the service. If you have any problems with your windows, instead of replacing them, order these windows. My guess is it will take about 3 years and I will recouped my payment of the windows from cost savings.
