It was our first time having to do any type of construction work, let alone building a home from scratch. We hired Mauro and his company as the contractor. What can I say; it was the best experience ever. Besides the little hiccup of the City of Toronto going on strike, everything was done on time. We went slightly over budget, which was expected and budgeted for, if you change your mind and want something nicer, you are going to have to pay for it. All trades that were hired were professional, clean and they completed the work on time. As of today’s date both homes are in excellent condition and there have been minimal repairs that needed to be done. Mauro was very honest and acted in a professional manner. He gave us some great recommendations to help cut costs which were beneficial to us and he was easily accessible at all times. Looking forward to working with him on our next project.
