Inspections are thorough and trustworthy. Have used them for 3 different properties. We purchased 2 furnaces from them and they inspect every year giving us peace of mind. They re-inspected a furnace that another company suggested replacing and confirmed that it was safe. Our experience with installation -- They arrive at the scheduled time, do their installation and when they leave there is nothing left behind. Their technicians, and installers are professional and their customer service is top notch. If during an inspection, they find something they point it out or fix it if they can. On one inspection, they found an opening to the outside and asked if we had ever seen a mouse in the house. He patched the hole with silicon to prevent any unwanted critters. Once we find a contractor that we trust, we never change.

I found Glen through the internet and after reading other reviews on this site and his website, I decided to call him to service a washer and dryer that we had inherited when we purchased a rental unit. First of all, his website tells you everything you need to know about his training, his business and his rates. When he called to set up the appointment, he gave us a time and told us he would call before he came. He was very professional, was on time, was respectful of our tenants' premises, had parts needed for the repair to our dryer in his truck and assessed the washer and explained that both washer and dryer were in good working order. We were able to pay right away with Visa and Glen e mailed our invoice to us. WE WERE 100% SATISFIED !!!!!!! I will definitely recommend Glen to anyone looking for a competent and professional appliance serviceman.
