Nice work. I want to thank Cassandra the salesperson for the way she handled herself with my elderly Mother. I was unable to be at the meeting to help my Mom but have learned how patient and kind she was, and did not take advantage of the situation. The price was fair and the installation of the new Carrier unit was clean and neat- not a botch job (which seems like the norm today unfortunately). Thanks again on behalf of my Mom and myself. Kudos to RCC!! My elderly Mother was so anxious about having work done by a contractor. ( Her past experience with a roofer was not good). Richard the salesman put us at ease right away and was very patient, explained everything thoroughly. The workers worked very hard and did an excellent job. They cleaned up and had showed my Mom and I what was being done and kept her informed through the day.,..very much appreciated!! Sam the foreman even took the time to wash down the driveway.
