This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Advanced Plumbing and I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of work. Andrei was professional and helpful and answered all my questions and completed the work in a timely fashion.

The Eureka team installed a LGM Tavolo wall bed/shelf/unit in my parents’ condo todayi. I was anxious for everything to go smoothly with the delivery and installation. Peter and his team were very professional. They were organized in their approach to the installation which involved many parts in a very tight space. They were friendly and helpful and they communicated well. The concierge expressed all sorts of concerns to me regarding the elevator and parking, but once they arrived on site they established a rapport with the concierge so I didn’t have any problems with him. They cleaned up all the packaging and even vacuumed after completing the installation. They were also diligent in keeping their masks on maintaining physical distancing. My parents and I were happy with the service. Note: the cost of this service was included in the cost of the furniture which I purchased from Resource furniture so I’m not sure how much it was.

My roof was leaking and I was very stressed about having it fixed but I am happy to report that Oleg and his team made it as low-stress as possible from start to finish. They were very professional and easy to deal with and they were careful to clean up and remove any garbage. I am very happy with the finished work and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have dealt with many plumbers in the last few years but none have come close to Advanced Plumbing. They exceeded my expectations and I plan to call them for all my plumbing needs from now on. They were easy to reach - even though I called them at night. They sent 2 plumbers over the early afternoon of the next day (George and Tenzin). They were polite, professional and they were very knowledgeable. They were able to complete the repair (burst pipe) within 30 minutes and they charged a fair price. I feel like they listened to me and they were patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.
