I used this company because they were available and I was in a rush. It was a very stressful time. The room had been destroyed, they gave it a good thorough cleaning, but the carpet should have been ripped up. I should have thought of that and they should have suggested it too. However, it didn't happen. This room was checked by another company (obviously not properly) but I was told there was no water damage and I think they charged me way too much money. Although the carpet was tested and removed (I did not see a report of this or proof of the testing). It seemed to be very expensive and I felt taken advantage of. There was another room in the back which was not cleaned out and they should have also taken care of this room too for the amount that was charged.
