First I called a couple of companies specialized in roofs damaged by animals - they didn't even call back ...Than I emailed Nick & his team (which replaced my roof a few years ago). He just showed up at my door - same evening to take a look, we cut a very good deal and my problem was solved impecably.

For the flat roof job (remove old - reinstall new) I would give them the highest marks: Quality=10, Reliabilty=10, Punctuality=9.5, Communication=9, Price=9, Honesty=10. They'll even add some extra free stuff for you if the relationship is proper.

This was exactly what I was expecting from an appliance service company: to be flexible on scheduling appointments, to be here on time, to be honest and affordable. They've sent Adrian wich was all of the above. He troubleshouted my Whirlpool Cabrio, replaced the motherboard and made sure everything was working.Thanks.

They replaced my old furnace and humidifier with new Goodman GME and Desert Spring (btw, I'm pleased with both). What you need to know: price/job qualty - very good reliability - excelent Other (important) things: they're friendly, they call you back (or even visit you again - my case - to check if everything is OK) after the job is done, you'll want to keep them as your HVAC guys.
