Amazing company. Got a permit and work done in a extremely timely manner. I use them for the septic pumping as well. never an issue getting a hold of them or getting a job well done.
I have had 2 Motors replaced in 2 different central vacs. The bills for the same job are $80 difference. When i asked the dealer he said he did a tuneup on the second unit. When confronted on the tuneup since a motor was replaced he changed his tune to say it was a cleaning. he said a cleaning is not part of a motor replacement. The unit in question had the casing cleaned by me and was in much cleaner shape the first unit. I will not be using this dealer again and am having second thoughts dealing with your company if this is the kind of person you have representing your brand.
Had an issue with the dishwasher not providing water. Sam figured the issue out and ordered the part. I had no issue with the $60 service call as it comes off of your final bill. I just felt that the rate was a bit steep (total bill) for about a 10 minute repair. He was very friendly and did arrive on the date and time he had promised.

Just for clarification that the job has been done in 45 minutes not in 10 minutes & the total invoice for part & labour was $250 not $300 as indicated above. Also all our labour rates are flat rates based on what job is required to be done no matter if it's done in 45 minutes or 2 hours that's all based on our experience. They did a cottage and a garage about a year ago for me. Job site was as clean when they left as when they arrived. Price was fair (in the middle of all the quotes). They came when they said they would and completed when they said they would. I would definitely suggest them to someone else anytime.
removal of a electronic furnace / AC unit
They came highly unprepared. They showed up with no ladder and decided to stand on cabinets and break them instead of buying a $100 ladder. They were a referral from a corporate client. I later found out my bill was about $600 higher than it should of been. I did not shop around since they were a refferal. I questioned Sunny about the differeance in price and he went off screaming at me about cost's and i should of asked for other estimates before agreing to a price with him. All I can say is buyer beware!!!

Called Miranda windows and doors for an estimate. They were mid range pricing but quality and exception to detail was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job and extremely trustworthy. Left the job site cleaner than he found it. Tony completed my job who is also the owner. These guys are the best. i only wish they worked in cottage country too.
