I didn't think this guy had a clue what he was doing!! Should have done more research!!! The problem still exist after the $250.00, but didn't want to call him back because he seem a little shaddy!!
Anthony, the guy whom installed our new furnace was very professional and the workmanship was very good. We were unhappy with how some of the venting ducts were situated because we had plan to enclose the furnace room and the ducts were in the way. Anthony came back another day and reconfigured the venting ducts and moved the gas line with no additional charge. He also offered alot of good advice.
This was the only company that called us back for a quote because the job was so small all the bigger Aluminum fabricators didn't want the business. The Quote we thought was quite reasonable and the guy we spoke to was professional. Installtion was very good and we are very happy with the overall product and service.
The initial meeting and seeing the product was good. That's why we picked this company out of the 3 that we recieved estimates from. Retroteck was second most expensive. Day of installation , very careless, broken back splash tile , big hole where they ripped out the old windows, had to ask them to fill it in with foam!! Not even a year later half of the screw on the windows were rusted and the caulking around the windows shrunk. Called to complain, was put on hold for 15 minutes, left messages for supervisor to call, never did. Called back again and Peter the manager told me to count how many rusty screws we had and he will sent us replacement screws to put in ourselves!!! Where is the customer service and LIFETIME warranty on the product and installation!!! Demanded they sent someone over to fix or we call the better business bureau. Problem was resolved but the company and its employees were very unprofessional .

We do apologize for not meeting all expectations and satisfaction. our warranty info is listed on the back of your original blue copy you would have received from us. unfortunately, there isn't a lifetime warranty on installation but we have recently upgraded our frame warranty to lifetime; installation on products is 5 years still.
