When my mover didn't show up I frantically called Arby's and due to a cancellation they came in a matter of hours and worked till very late to get us moved. AND were careful, polite, helpful. Anil actually was very good at keeping me calm since the whole day had become so stressful. Great company.
Turned out it was just a blocked tube and Garnett showed me how to easily fix it myself if it happened again. He was so nice, on time, and he's the only person I'll call in the future.
My 3 year old Dyson had a problem. I had not registered it so thought all I'd get was some advice on where to take it to be fixed. Astonishingly, they are picking it up, repairing it, and delivering it back at no charge. THIS is a company that stands behind their product! Their customer service said even if the 5 year warranty had expired and the problem was one that just shouldn't have happened - they'd fix it.
