Booked appointment quickly, called to let me know when tech was on his way. Tech was prompt, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Corrected something a tech from another company did wrong (wiring), who then left because he was too busy to do this job?! Guess if you don't want to buy a brand new furnace, some company's cant be bothered with you. Not the case with Abbey Air/Service Experts. I will use Abbey air again and happily refer them.

Concord location, purchased a skid of 18 x 18 travertine tiles. All 3 skids looked identical showing no obvious or significant defects. Paid full price with my credit card, and they put me on the line with their shipper to arrange for delivery. When the tiles arrived, the shipper warned me that some were broken. Sure enough, we counted at least 22 tiles mostly on the corners had been broken, and the skid itself appreade damaged. We noted this on the bill of lading for the shipper and he said he was sure the Tile Shoppe would rectify things. After several conversations, the Tile Shoppe has been hemming and hawing saying that the shipper said there were no incidents during his route that would have caused this, so the Tile Shoppe has been setting me up for a fall by constantly mentioning their "As-is" policy. I have offerred to send them pics of the skid/tiles and pointed out that none of the other skids appeared to be grossly damaged, so why would I have chosen this one (they were all priced the same)? I expected 3-4 broken tiles as that would not be out of the ordinary, but 22 (and thats just the ones I can see from above)? At any rate, they have refused to look at the pics. I dont know what happened in between my leaving the store to when they arrived the next day, but that is not the skid I purchased, so suspect that either a bait and switch has been done, or the shipper (DeLina Delivery) botched the delivery and isnt taking responsibility. At any rate, there have to be limits to an "as-is" policy, as whats to stop them from smashing every single one and putting the rubble in a crate and sending them to you? Consider yourself warned. Unfortunately this skid wont be nearly enough for my project so if The Tile Shoppe doesnt make things right, I'll be buying my next skid (and tiles for backsplash, and bathroom renos in a few months) from someone else. UPDATE: Paul at The Tile Shoppe left a message for me that all they are willing to do is have me ship the tiles back at my cost, and either get a refund or exchange them for one of the other skids (supposedly unbroken, at least while they're on the showroom floor). Either way, this frustrating experience would have cost me $160. in shipping). Thanks for nothing. I flip houses on the side, but my purchases will be going somewhere else from now on.

Used these guys twice last year...a partial roof and full eaves on our home in Erin Mills, and a complete re-shingling on my rental home in Oakville. Both jobs were done quickly and smoothly, no issues during or afterwards. Would recommend.

We used Lanxin last year to replace our kitchen cabinets and countertop. The overall experience was pleasant, other than messing up our install date, once things got going it went smoothly like clockwork and finished on time. 1 day could have been saved if the cabs were assembled on their premises instead of at our home, but overall no big deal. Some of their selection for options like appliance garages is extremely limited. The quality of the cabs is decent although we did notice the finish on the interiors of the cabs was easily scratched. The faucet felt flimsy and the water suddenly had an awful rubbery smell/taste that lingered for months (or possibly more...not sure because we sold the house). The granite looked terrific and we had no problems with stains. Highly recommend for a mid grade job, or a flip. But not for a high end kitchen, which is fine, because you arent paying high end prices.
