Was recommended by a company my Dad worked for, performed below *reasonable* expectations, and tried to collect his payment before the accountant of the GC (the person [my Dad] who requested a competent company) could report the quality of the job done. He does poor jobs and tries to get paid and escape before being confronted for his poor work (him being John Latanzzio [scum]). The job was a kitchen reno involving tiling. Floor tiling has many cracks since (poor spreading below) and uneven wall tiling (my 12 year old brother noticed the uneven pattern).

Firstly, the work complete was extremely poor quality. The tiles were crooked and different heights on each wall. The flooring was also crooked and he tried to fix it with grout but the unevenness is still obvious. Secondly, and more importantly, John Lattanzio postponed the work for a week before he finally came in at 6pm one night (worked until around 9pm). He has yet to return to not only finish the job but fix his mistakes. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!
