I have been an AlarmForce client for several years and decided to change my home alarm system from landline reporting to cellular reporting. Jeffrey, a loyalty specialist, very kindly communicated the options and monitoring costs via email and an installation date was set. Today, Kevin, a TELUS technician, (TELUS has acquired AlarmForce in BC) did the installation in a very professional, but friendly, manner. Hats off to both Jeffrey and Kevin for their proficient work ethic and approachable demeanor -- thank you, both!

I used Hallmark Carpets in a previous project and was more than satisfied then so my choice of supplier this time was easy. Hallmark prices their carpets as an "all in" price -- the price you see on the carpet sample in the showroom includes the carpet itself and quality underlay, removal and disposal of the old carpet and underlay, moving furniture, installation of the new underlay and carpet and taxes. Besides their easy pricing system, I very much appreciated that Hallmark would move furniture pieces for me. In the showroom, Josie was most helpful by guiding me through the various types and qualities of carpet and their installer, Mario, was delightfully professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Prior to my retirement, I used Shaun's services many times at my former place of employment. Shaun has also tackled plumbing issues at my home -- no job seems to big or too small. Shaun always finds time to fit you into his busy schedule and he always arrives at the agreed time. He works diligently to asses and remediate the problem and I've never felt I've paid too much for his services.
