Main floor and kitchen project design - excellent
Work on our main floor and kitchen is still underway, but we could not have gotten this far without Valente CAD Studio. He made the design & Toronto permit process easy for us. We already had an idea of what we wanted, but Robert also offered great advice especially with our kitchen, of which he has a lot of experience with kitchen design. Working with him perfectly met our needs of a straightforward and affordable design and permit process. Now if we ever get the money together to redo our basement, I would look forward to working with him again!

Hi Lisette, thanks for sharing about your experience with us and I am glad that you were happy with the kitchen design. Bringing the kitchen, dining area and living space altogether into one big room will make your home feel much bigger and lighter, giving you much more space in the downstairs area. Also it is easier to watch your kids in the open space. Not to mention that having an open kitchen it is nice when you have dinner guests but don’t want to spend the entire evening away from them to prepare your gourmet meal.
