Just before the July long weekend sewage was backing up in my basement. I called Lester and Sean was at my house within the hour. Sean snaked in and removed a lot of tree roots from the old pipes. The issue was resolved in an hours time and within the quoted price, which was reasonable. The Rooter team is very knowledgeable and provided recommendations for permanent resolution as well. I am thankful for their quick response and job well done. I will surely consider this team in future and recommend them to others.

Slavic responded to my note immediately and fixed an appointment, finally completing the work in 2 days. He explained the entire process and the effectiveness of installing the valve and the alarm. The quoted price was reasonable. The entire installation was smooth and clean. He obtained the city permit and made arrangements for the inspection. His team completed the work the same day as the inspection was done. Slavic also provided the form for submitting the subsidy request to the City. I highly recommend this company. For my next project replacing a broken pipe, I will be calling Toronto Drain & Plumbing.
