These guys are professional, punctual, clean and easy to communicate with. Job time needed to be coordinated with BC Hydro, I called hydro, and hydro called Black Forest to make arrangements. It was easy. The guys work safe, quick and clean and for reasonable fee. Clean up was beyond my expectations. Danke Shoen!

I wanted to support local business. I'm sorry I did! These guys took over this store and didn't have enough experience. They couldn't tell me exact prices, optional add-ons (they assumed I wouldn't want to pay additional $10 for shut off valves, and would enjoy getting soaked every time I had to clean skimming basket, and they couldn't tell me how much chemicals to use, also couldn't show me how to operate the pump, filter and heater. A year after install, pool is lob sided, one side is at least 8 inches higher. The bottom of the pool (above ground) is incredibly lumpy, bumpy and uneven, making vacuuming a huge pain! Kids didn't even have their own tractor! They needed to borrow daddy's humongous farm tractor that totally distroyed my yard. They killed lots of trees that were "in the way of their giant tractor" without I single apology! What a nightmare! they didn't even honour their own contract! They refused to come over for pool closing, because they claimed we were too difficult to deal with and they didn't want us as customers anymore.

They have a huge selection in their show room. But, 7 years later, my kitchen is showing premature wear to the point of needing to replace the counter tops already because they were not sealed well at the seams and have lifted and separated. Anything and everything seeps into the seams and gets stinky and it's disgusting. The cabinet doors are mostly all warped. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it's pretty much my fault and they didn't offer any help or solutions. As if 7 years is the end of life for their products?! I do not recommend!!

What could this company do to improve their services?
In their responses to others, I noticed Laurysen doesn't take accountability for their pitfalls and delays. They blame others as they blamed myself as well. They should be more accordable with their clients.
