Edgar is very responsive and takes his time answering all my questions. Unfortunately, due to some issues with the neighbor, I had to cancel the fence project 2 days before Edgar and his team was to start. He refunded my full deposit without me having to ask. Very honest! I will definitely be looking for their service when the time comes to do the driveway.

Super satisfied with my windows and sliding doors. Eric did not do any upselling at all, but he did make some really good suggestions on which windows I should use and why. During the installation the installers Alex and his partner (forgot name) were very patient with my questions and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend Crown.
