setting up computer, router wireles and wired
Luckily for me, I kept Michael’s number from HomeStars written down as I suspected that my computer was on its final way out. It was 2011 and Michael made the computer we decided was appropriate for my level and use. 2 years later, I heard a loud hum and thought I might have a fan belt problem. Although he could have rushed over and charged me for a service visit, he instructed me on how to take the PC apart for greater access to clean the fans and it worked. I was grateful for his honesty. This spring, it was evident that my ancient wireless router had been compromised and Michael gave me options to select from a variety of routers (and prices). He set it up and secured it beyond any possible compromise. I completely trust Michael’s technical expertise and his personal integrity. I have recommended him to friends and will offer my recommendation here.
