I awoke 7am on a Saturday morning to a flooded crawl space and broken water main somewhere between the shutoff and the city meter. A quick call, and Richard was en route to asses the situation. Time span between the initial call for service and getting the flooding to stop was maybe 25 minutes! Richard was honest about my situation and we agreed that this issue needed to be fixed properly and not just "patched" together. The repair was done quickly,cleanly, and professionally with quality materials. He even made a few suggestions about some other non pressing issues that would be more efficient for future plumbing projects, and incorporated the beginnings of that project while completing my initial repair. All in all a great experience for what can only be described as every homeowners worst fear when it comes to plumbing.
