They surprised us by helping us move and clean our basement to prepare for renovation the very first day. (This is an extra service that should have been done by every owner). They are receptive to our comments and had provided recommendations on design, colour scheme and materials. The flexibility on the consultation and the quotes is regarded as bonus. They work in tidy and respectful manner with initiative and independence which makes us comfortable leaving the basement to their hands every work day. They begin work on time everyday and stay until the daily tasks are done. They acted as the house monitor and when unexpected visitors come, they would contact us.
