A job of this magnitude would be hard for any underqualified company to manage, but Rock Bottom delivered what I wanted on budget and were professional in taking my numerous questions and concerns and guiding me through the process. I found the team to be very responsive and diligent -- in most cases, working six days a week to get the job completed. In addition to being very pleased with the final result in the basement, the walkout that was dug and built is also exactly what I'd hoped it would be. Rock Bottom is definitely an expert in this field!

I used A&J Windows and Doors in 2017 when I replaced the doors and windows of my house and it was therefore natural to turn to John to get an estimate when I needed a window and door for the walkout entrance that I installed in my basement. The estimate I received was fair and more competitive than estimates from other suppliers, so I confirmed with John my plans to proceed. John was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the project -- especially considering the delays caused by other contractors in getting the basement work finished and the openings readied. His focus on customer-service is unparalleled, and the door and window that were installed are very good quality and meet all of my expectations.

I shopped around and consulted at least one other countertop installer and then thought to email Rockstella to see how their price compares. To my surprise, the quote I received from Rockstella was 20% cheaper than the other company. Natallia was very prompt in arranging for her crew to visit the house and take measurements, and the final product was ready for installation within two weeks. I'm absolutely thrilled with the process and the result. The new countertop is a perfect fit. I'm especially impressed that they were able to give me a "window sill" and extend the countertop into the window opening without having to piece together two slabs. I am a very happy customer!

I had a partial blockage in the main drain and hired DrainCity to do a full replacement from the city connection back to my basement, and the removal of the building trap in the basement floor. I also requested the installation of an exterior backwater valve. From the very beginning of the project to the end, I was thoroughly impressed with how courteous, prompt, and hard-working the staff were, and the quality of their work. I expected machinery to be used to excavate the front lawn, but learned that all excavation is done by shovel! I have nothing but praise for their diligence and work ethic. The scale of the project and the labour involved was beyond my initial expectations. I would definitely say there was value for money and the amount I paid was very cost-effective compared to some of the other estimates I received. And they were there at the end to answer my questions and provide me with a demonstration on how to clean the new backwater valve that was installed. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.
