We hired Magnolia for a repair to a leak in our ceiling on the third floor. I was favourably impressed with the work done - it's seamless, even though there was a popcorn ceiling to work with - and the price was very reasonable. Based on my experience, I asked Joey to look at the bricks on the south wall of our house, some of which were deteriorating from water damaged caused by the freeze/thaw of snow melt from the south facing section of roof. His mason explained what needed to be done and sourced bricks that matched to original ones in the wall. The work was carefully and skillfully completed, and I was thrilled.

Lynn recommended that the whole tree be removed because of the mushrooms growing on the bark. Team came this morning - you'd never know the tree had been there.

The door handle on my fridge had come away - fridge is no longer supported by the company so it needed a creative solution. Mirnez looked at it and came up with a smart fix that would be sturdy, reliable and long lasting. He purchased a screw, nut and bolt from the hardware store, took the fridge door apart and reattached the handle to the door with the screw. Am very pleased with the result.
