Chateau Flooring (specifically Jodi) provided incredible customer service from beginning to end. Everything she promised was completed, and with professionalism and accountability. And every email or text we sent, she was quick to reply. Fabulous communication with Chateau / Jodi. On the day of install, the Installer (Paul, such a super funny guy) was on time and incredibly efficient! Jodi also processed billing exactly as explained – and there were no surprises anywhere. She even followed up with a call to ensure we were happy with our new luxurious carpet. We would definitely recommend Chateau Flooring!

The whole process was seamless and professional. Dave is honest and accountable. His work is impeccably clean and tidy. And he has unbelievable attention to detail. David was a referral from a co-worker, so we hired him and now consider it a blessing that we have not only "a" painter guy- but THE PAINTER GUY! Don't hire anyone else. He does what he says (almost obsolete these days right?). He is professional. Respectful. Honest. And obsessively clean and tidy! No clean up after he's done. A true professional! You won't be disappointed.
