This is long overdue. It has been over a year now that Alex and his crew did an amazing job with our potlights. it is not a small job by any means. it was over 40 potlights in and out placed to perfection. Very meticulous and accurate with their work. They leave your place clean like they werent there at all. He prices fairly. Fully insured and well worth it. He has since done multiple electrical jobs for me from home automation to christmas lights. For any electrical work he is my go to guy. Alex great work, I'll be calling you back soon for a couple more things, very soon :-)

This is long over due. I've had our hardwood done for over a year now. We were impressed from day 1. We discussed the work, I felt that we were advised properly what would work for the property. They referred us to hardwood installers that does amazing work and very detailed and caring with their quality of work. Sunca has great products. I would not hesitate to recommend them or the installer referred

I previously contracted another dealer to do simple home automation in my house. The work was taking too long and the dealer was not returning my calls. I was refered by a friend to call Alarm Factory. They were able to finish what the other dealer did not finish. Roy have a wide knowledge of what Control4 is capable of doing an have suggested other additions that I did not even think was possible. They are just not an alarm company, for home automation call them first. One Happy Customer

The price is good, I think. I paid more, but because they said it is a Carrier not a cheap brand. The salesperson service is good but left the company soon after the install. The installers were not careful with the equipment dented the unit, scratched my driveway, put a hole in the wrong side of the wall, gas stop valves are put in the wrong and unsafe places. They connected the humidifier incorrectly to the furnace that caused the furnace to malfunction, few mths after the install. It took sometime calling numerous times to get to someone then try to convince them that it was not done properly. Finally they fixed it. This is a year ago. Just now, reading reviews from Homestars, I agree the installers are very poor in courtesy and workmanship. So I said I'll take a second to help someone not to make the same mistake. This people install gas lines that could possibly damage and hurt people in your home. If I did save any money I spent more in aggrevation and fixing their damages. Not Recommending and scared customer

Andrew's service in a weekly basis is courteous, very pleasant and on time. Our home is outside his regular route but he comes everytime on time and does a great job, I'll be proud to refer to anyone. You will not be dissapointed.
