As our condo renovation was coming to a close, we needed to sort out what to do for built-ins. Not knowing enough about lead times, we contacted several companies quite late in the process and realized that it would take longer than we had wanted. We called Chris and explained that with mounting storage costs and pet care costs, we were looking for design and installation as soon as possible. He kindly made time in his designer's schedule and we arranged a meeting with Brett. He listened to our ideas, gave us really helpful feedback, showed us samples, and took all the measurements that he needed to go back to the office and design our custom built-ins in the living room, bedroom wall, bedroom closet, and laundry room. Upon receiving the initial quote, we looked it over, discussed a few more ideas, and worked with Brett to tweak the design. In the meantime, we had also contacted a larger company for a quote. The pricing the Designer Closet Guys gave us was really very competitive and since we really liked Brett and his ideas for optimizing our space while making it look contemporary, we decided to go with them. And we just love the results! Every time friends come by, they comment on how efficient and beautiful the built-ins are. Our outdated condo was in need of a complete overhaul and after visiting Midland Appliances (where we eventually decided to buy the appliances), we asked the saleswoman Sandy if she knew of any good renovating companies. She gave us two names and the minute we contacted Renocon and met Project Manager Milan, we sensed we were on the right track. He told us that he was really proud to have a great contractor working with the company, and by our second meeting, he had invited Bradley to come to our home to take measurements and discuss possible options. We had been researching a few companies, but after this meeting, we knew that our decision was made, and there have been no regrets. Milan was always willing to answer questions promptly and professionally and he put us in touch with with great suppliers with high quality products (Pacific Rim Cabinets and Fontile Kitchen and Bath). Bradley was simply amazing. He and his tradespeople were respectful and very competent. As little issues arose, they were dealt with in a timely and professional manner, and working with him was a delight. We have read and heard about renovating nightmares, but can honestly say that our experience was excellent...fun even. We are extremely pleased with the results and so blessed that we had such a great team working on our renovation.
